摘要 功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia，FD)是一类临床上常见和多发的异质性胃肠功能紊乱性疾病，主要表现为餐后饱胀、上腹疼痛不适等，并缺少可以解释此类症状的器质性、系统性、代谢性疾病，中医认为，脾失健运是FD发生发展的重要因素，文章就脾失健运与FD内在机制的相关性进行探讨，以期为中医从脾论治FD提供新的思考。
